Cancellation & Refund Policy

DIVYAAISHWARYA JEWELLERS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is submitted within six (6) to eight (8) days of the order date. However, the request may be declined if the order has already been communicated to the vendors or merchants and the shipping process has commenced.

In the event of receiving damaged or defective items, please promptly report the issue to our Customer Service team. The request will be addressed only after the merchant has conducted an inspection and confirmed the defect. Such reports must be made within six (6) to eight (8) days of receiving the product.

If you believe the product received does not match the description on our site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service within six (6) to eight (8) days of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective piece of jewelry, please report it to our Customer Service team within seven (7) days of delivery. We will address your concern after conducting a thorough inspection to verify the claim.

Discrepancy with Product Expectations:

Should the jewelry you receive differ significantly from what was shown on our website or fail to meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team within seven (7) days of receipt. We will review your complaint and make a decision accordingly.
